Mastercard is provided by US company so that you cannot avoid it .If you are from US ,the only method is to provide your SSN.If you are under 18 years old, parents SSN is required.
For Non-US
If you are under 18 then parents documents is needed. If you are 18 years old or more, you have to fill the application form. After your application is approved, which takes 2-3 days.You should send documents among the below 3 choices by scanning.
